Researcher Samantha Calvin works a dual appointment at the Mayo Clinic and the Arizona State University under Obesity Solutions. At Nay Ah Shing School in northern Minnesota, she helped place standing desks in various classrooms, teaching educators and kids how to operate in an active environment. The results?
